It's beautiful. What was done to make it purple? If you guys do stuff for Halloween (although it will probably not be fresh anymore) is use it as a centerpiece with baby carrots, radishes, etc. Cut it up and have it with a "green" dip (just add food coloring) blue cheese dip might be good cus then you have some clumps. Have fun! Sue
sorry, it's me again, just thought about getting some broccoliflower (it's green califlower) and doing something with them both. S

Cooked Cauliflower Salad
Steam it in the microwave
Allow it to cool abit
Drizzle with good Olive Oil
Your best white wine, or white wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper, and favorite herb
Terragon is nicest
Voila, Cooked Cauliflower salad!
